Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Altide platform, including our website at tryaltide.com and the application at app.tryaltide.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Altide ("we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Altide is a SaaS platform that helps ecommerce and D2C brands automate Shopify content, measure AI visibility, and track revenue attribution from AI search engines. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, search analytics, Google Search Console integration, competitor monitoring, and related tools.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Altide offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. Charges are processed at the start of each billing period.
• Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• Free trial: If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial expires to avoid charges.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price changes: We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service beyond what is provided through our platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Altide and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or manage through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI engines through the Service is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Search Console, Shopify, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

You may connect and disconnect third-party integrations at any time. When you disconnect an integration, we will cease accessing data from that service and may delete stored tokens.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. You acknowledge that AI outputs should be reviewed before publication or business use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Altide and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
