We are hiring a Growth leader to own our acquisition, activation, and expansion loops. You will design and run experiments across performance marketing, content, SEO, lifecycle, and in-product experiences to help ecommerce and D2C brands discover, try, and succeed with Altide.

What we're looking for
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles
- Strong command of analytics tools (e.g. GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and experimentation frameworks
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (search/social), landing page tests, and onboarding/lifecycle journeys
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into clear hypotheses, experiments, and messaging
- Comfort collaborating with product, design, and sales to build end-to-end growth loops
- Nice to have: experience with ecommerce, SEO, or AI/MarTech products, and familiarity with the GEO/SEO space
